Cycling is great way to help you improve your fitness and stay healthy, it's also a great way to get around.
Learn to ride your bicycle is aimed at anyone who is 4 years old to adults.. your never to old to learn! Sessions are 45 minutes for anyone between 4 and 10 years old and 90 minutes for everyone else above 10 years old.
If you've never cycled on the road before or would like to gain confidence then we can help you. Courses follow the National Standards for Cycle Training.
All courses are delivered by a National Standards for Cycling Instructor who holds a current DBS and First Aid certificate.
